1、 Overview
The supply of drying heat can be achieved through the use of hot air stoves, boiling furnaces, or gasifiers, designed according to regional resource conditions to effectively reduce production costs.
The heat exchange between the section and the material is sufficient, and a specially designed lifting plate is used. At the same time, multiple heating devices are added to the dryer to allow the heat to fully stay within the length range of the horizontal dryer and achieve sufficient heat exchange with the material.
By adopting an automated temperature control system, the heating efficiency of various furnace types can be effectively adjusted to ensure energy conservation.
Adopting a downstream process to dry materials, keeping their activity unchanged.
