YD60Magnetic electric speed sensors can convert angular displacement into electrical signals for counters to count. As long as they are non-contact, they can measure the speed and linear velocity of various magnetic materials such as gears, impellers, and disks with holes (or grooves, screws).
Sensors have the advantages of small size, sturdy and reliable, long service life, and no need for power or lubricating oil, and can be used with general secondary instruments.
● Output waveform: approximate sine wave (≥)50r/min)
● Output signal amplitude:50r/minTime ≥300MvSignal amplitude size;
The gap between the sensor core and the measured gear tooth tip:δ=0.5~1.5mm ;Tested gear modulem = 2 ;gearZ = 60;material:electrical steel;The amplitude of the signal is proportional to the rotational speed and inversely proportional to the gap between the iron core and the tooth tip
