This instrument is a digital viscometer, which is driven by an imported Japanese synchronous motor through variable speed to rotate the rotor at a constant speed. When the rotor rotates in the liquid, the liquid will generate a viscosity torque acting on the rotor, and the larger the viscosity torque, the greater the viscosity torque; On the contrary, the lower the viscosity of the liquid, the smaller the viscous torque. The viscous torque acting on the rotor is detected by a sensor and processed by a computer to obtain the viscosity of the measured liquid. This instrument adopts microcomputer technology, which can easily set the range (rotor number and speed), digitally process the data detected by the sensor, and clearly display the rotor number, speed, viscosity value of the measured liquid, and its full-scale percentage value set during measurement on the display screen.
