Product Overview The YB3E series electric motor is a new variety of fully enclosed, self fan cooled, squirrel cage, ultra-high efficiency explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor newly launched by our company. It can meet the voltage requirements of 380/660V or 400/690V, with a frequency of 50Hz. The efficiency index meets the energy efficiency level 2 in GB18613-2012 "Functional Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium Three phase Asynchronous Motors", and has the characteristics of excellent performance, safe and reliable use, and reduced vibration and noise compared to similar products, which meets environmental protection requirements. The cooling method is IC411, the protection level is IP55, and the working system is S1.
The YB3E series electric motor has a novel appearance, beautiful structure, reliable operation, and efficiency that meets ultra-high efficiency standards. It can also be equipped with various special functions such as non-stop drainage according to user requirements. The junction box outlet is in the form of explosion-proof threads, and can be equipped with corresponding explosion-proof level introduction devices or explosion-proof gland joints according to different cable forms and outer diameter sizes provided by users. It conforms to the internationally popular introduction structure characteristics and can be suitable for the needs of both domestic and foreign markets.
The power level and installation dimensions of this series of motors comply with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards, and their corresponding relationship is the same as the German DIN42673 standard, which is conducive to the matching of export equipment and the introduction of spare parts for equipment. The explosion-proof performance of this series of motors complies with the provisions of GB3836.1-2010 "Electrical equipment for explosive gas environments - Part 1: General requirements" and GB3836.2-2010 "Electrical equipment for explosive gas environments - Part 2: Explosion proof type" d "", as well as the provisions of IEC79-1, BS4683 and EN50018, and is made into an explosion-proof type. The explosion-proof signs are Ex d IIB T4 Gb, Ex d IIC T4 Gb, and the temperature groups are T1, T2, T3, and T4. They are suitable for environments where explosive gas mixtures exist.
On the basis of YB3E basic series motors, YB3E-W outdoor type, YB3E-TH humid tropical type, YB3E-THW outdoor humid tropical type, YB3E-TA dry tropical type, YB3E-TAW outdoor dry tropical type, YB3E-T tropical type, YB3E-TW outdoor tropical type, and YB3E-WF1 outdoor medium anti-corrosion type can also be made under climatic environmental conditions.

Technical Features 5.1 High efficiency The efficiency of YB3E series motors conforms to international development trends and meets the Level 2 efficiency standard in GB18613-2012 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Grades for Small and Medium Three phase Asynchronous Motors". 5.2 Complete Functionality 1) Motor protection level: IP55, IP56. 2) Explosion proof level: Ex d IIB T4 Gb, Ex d IIC T4 Gb 3) Can meet the requirements of manual bolt drainage or automatic drainage device for stainless steel sintering structure. 4) The entire series of motors can meet the temperature measurement requirements of PTC thermistors, and motors with a base size of 160 or above can meet the heating belt setting requirements; Motors with a base size of 250 or above can meet the requirements of independent junction boxes for stator and bearing temperature measurement. 5) The bearing structure of motors with a base size of 160 or above is equipped with an oil injection and discharge device.
5.3 High reliability, low noise, and beautiful appearance 1) The stator winding of the electric motor is made of high-strength polyester enameled round copper wire, with an insulation level of 155 (F) or 180 (H), and has undergone VPI vacuum pressure impregnation treatment, which has good electrical, mechanical, moisture-proof performance and thermal stability. The stator winding has a large temperature rise margin and a long service life. 2) The motor rotor adopts a cast aluminum structure, and the rotor has undergone high-precision dynamic balance verification. The motor runs smoothly, with low vibration and noise. 3) The stator and rotor of the electric motor are made of high-quality electrical silicon steel sheets with high magnetic conductivity and low loss, resulting in low motor loss and high efficiency. 4) Low vibration and low-noise bearings are selected for the motor bearings. Double sided sealed bearings are used for machine seat sizes 132 and below, and waveform spring washers are installed at the shaft extension end to effectively suppress the vibration and noise generated during motor operation. For machine seat sizes 160 and above, inner and outer cover structures are used, and retaining rings are used for axial fixation at the bearing locations to effectively prevent axial movement of the motor rotor. 5) Electric motor fan and fan cover: The electric motor adopts anti-static plastic fan, and the fan can operate in both directions with small moment of inertia and low loss. The entire series of fans are connected to the shaft with keys, ensuring reliable operation. The wind cover adopts the form of steel plate one-time stretching, which is matched with the machine base to achieve ideal ventilation and low noise level.
