The main characteristics of the Y7-41 type vertical furnace dedicated induced draft fan are: high fan efficiency, high total pressure, low noise, flat performance curve, wide economic use area, and the use of backward plate blades. The total pressure internal efficiency of the fan at the optimal operating point is 86.5%, and the noise index is Ls=11.5dB. These two indicators are at a good level compared to various industrial boiler induced draft fans currently available in China.
Characteristics of Y7-41 type vertical furnace dedicated induced draft fan:
(1) The fan pressure is relatively high, making it particularly suitable for 1-20t/h industrial boilers equipped with spiral pipes and multi tube dust collectors;
(2) The position of the air outlet of the fan is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the casing. Both "left" and "right" can be made into three angles: 0 degrees, 90 degrees, and 180 degrees;
(3) The induced draft mechanism is single suction: there are six types of machine numbers: No. 4.5, 5.6, 7.1, 9, 10, and 12.5;
(4) The transmission mode of the fan is C type and D type, and the connection between the motor and the fan is respectively driven by pulley transmission and direct transmission through elastic coupling.
In order for the regulating valve of the induced draft fan to operate normally, good lubrication is necessary because the gas temperature of the induced draft fan is high, and high-temperature lubricating grease is used to ensure lubrication even during high-temperature operation.
