The variable frequency speed regulation three-phase asynchronous motor produced by our company combines the advantages of similar products at home and abroad, and is specially designed to cooperate with various high-performance IGBT pulse width modulation frequency converters at home and abroad. In order to adapt the motor to the power supply of PWM variable frequency power supply, special considerations have been made in the design of the stator, rotor slot type, and stator winding distribution form, in order to obtain a more suitable inductance value to suppress and reduce the adverse effects of time harmonics and a series of motor space harmonics caused by them. The electromagnetic load design of the motor also considers a certain margin, which can ensure the overload capacity of the motor at high frequencies and maintain constant torque output at low frequencies. The design of the insulation structure takes into account the influence of the high carrier frequency of IGBT PWM inverters. Especially for the inter turn insulation, special measures have been taken to strengthen it in order to withstand the severe test caused by the steep impulse voltage repeatedly applied between the turns of the coil due to the high voltage rise rate. The Y2VF series motors have high efficiency, wide speed range, high precision, stable operation, and easy operation and maintenance. Their installation dimensions comply with the standards of the Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).
