1、 Introduction

We have referred to advanced granulation equipment from abroad, digested and absorbed its advanced technology, and innovatively designed and successfully trial produced it.
This machine has the characteristics of reasonable structure, sufficient energy utilization, and advanced granulation method. Its biggest advantage is that the grinding speed of the blade can be adjusted according to the viscosity of the material. The pressure blade can be measured according to the viscosity of the user's material, and the height of the pressure blade can be adjusted (the viscosity of the material can be adjusted to a lower level, and the loose material can be adjusted to a higher level), which can make the granulation uniform, the particles beautiful, the operation convenient, and the service life long. It meets the requirements ofGMP requirements.
2、 Purpose:
The rotary granulator is suitable for industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemical granules, solid beverages, etc. It produces the required particles from mixed wet crushed materials, and the humidity is determined by the user according to the ratio of the materials; It can also be used to turn dry materials that have been pressed into blocks into particles, but it is not suitable for hard materials.
This machine is easy to operate, maintain, clean, and has automatic discharge. Users can choose different aperture sieve tubes according to their needs to achieve the desired particles. It is suitable for assembly line production, and the material contact parts are made of stainless steel material.
3、 Working principle
By using gears to change speed and direction, the grinding blade and the pressing blade rotate relative to each other. The pressing blade presses down the material through the inclined blade surface, and the grinding blade squeezes the material out of the sieve cylinder through a circular arc under the action of centrifugal force, thereby obtaining the desired particles.
