Differential pressure densitometer is a pressure type densitometer produced based on Pascal's principle. Its principle is simple and reliable, mainly used for measuring the density of liquid media on site. Differential pressure densitometer has high cost-effectiveness, but uneven or too fast flow rate has a significant impact on the differential pressure densitometer. In this case, a tuning fork densitometer can be selected for measurement, as flow rate and pressure have almost no effect on the tuning fork densitometer.

Classification of Differential Pressure Density Meters
Insertion differential pressure density meter: generally installed on the top of the tank or on the top of the measuring branch pipe.
Side mounted differential pressure densitometer: generally installed on the tank wall, not recommended for installation on pipelines.
Pipeline type differential pressure density gauge: generally connected to the pipeline and must be installed vertically.
