
One overview
The XTPS pneumatic single seat regulating cut-off valve consists of a pneumatic thin film multi spring burst actuator and a regulating cut-off type single seat valve. Its main features are:
1. The valve body flow channel is streamlined, with low resistance loss; Wide adjustable range and high precision of flow characteristics.
2. There are multiple rated flow coefficients in the same caliber, making it convenient for users to choose.
3. The valve core is guided by the top, with a large sealing area and strong anti vibration ability.
4. The valve seat is fixed with threads and has a simple structure.
5. The valve core adopts a soft sealing structure, and the valve seat leakage reaches the highest level VI:
The pneumatic thin film with multiple springs is used to implement the structure of the citrus fruit, which has a large output force and a compact product structure; Due to the above advantages, it is therefore used in situations where the medium temperature is not too high and tight closure is required.
