
1、 Overview
The XTPJ pneumatic jacket single seat regulating valve is a variant of the single seat regulating valve, while the XBMJ pneumatic jacket simple regulating valve is a variant of the sleeve simple regulating valve. They are composed of a pneumatic multi spring thin film actuator and a valve component with a jacket. Their feature is to weld a jacket outside the valve body, forming a cavity with the outer wall of the valve body. The jacket has inlet and outlet ports for steam or other media to flow through, ensuring that the medium flowing through the valve body remains within the specified temperature range. The characteristics of this product are:
1. XTPJ pneumatic jacket single seat regulating valve has less leakage when closed, but greater unbalanced force, suitable for situations with small pressure difference and strict leakage requirements.
2. XBMJ pneumatic jacketed regulating valve adopts a balanced valve core with small unbalanced force, allowing for larger pressure difference. However, the leakage rate is larger than that of a single seat valve, making it suitable for working conditions with larger pressure difference and lower leakage level requirements.
3. Control the medium entering the jacket to stabilize the temperature of the medium inside the valve.
Based on the above characteristics, this product is used to ensure the stability of the medium inside the valve within a certain temperature range, so that the medium does not crystallize, solidify, or vaporize, or to ensure the flow viscosity of the medium.
