1This machine adopts the quality method(MFR)Volume method(MVR)High end model, electrically powered by Taiwan's DeltaPLCModular independent electrical control system, with interchangeable components of different products, strong universality, stable performance, high accuracy, and extremely low failure rate.
2Adopting a 7-inch Delta true color touch screen input, the human-machine interface is good and the touch is sensitive. For testers who are new to this type of instrument, it is easy to operate and convenient to use.
(2) Mechanical components
1. A complete set of eight specifications of weights to meet the load requirements of different material tests, with mechanical loading methods and reliable data.
2. The scraper tool is made of 65Mn material, which is wear-resistant, non deformable, and thoroughly scrapes without residue after long-term use.
3. Hard alloy high-temperature resistant material barrel, corrosion-resistant, and does not deform at high temperatures.
4. Brass thermal conductive rod has high thermal conductivity, short heating and recovery temperature time, and high testing efficiency.
5. The overall covered heating sleeve provides uniform heating with minimal temperature fluctuations.
6. The independent furnace body is filled with asbestos inside, and the hollow design between the outside and the box reduces heat transfer, energy consumption, and prevents burns.
