Welcome to use our company's intelligent PID regulator. There are no adjustable components inside this instrument, and no auxiliary function modules are required. All parameter settings, function mode selection, and accuracy calibration of analog input and output are achieved through the buttons on the instrument panel. In order to use the instrument correctly and reasonably, and fully utilize its various functions, please read the subsequent sections of this manual carefully before use. The instrument has been correctly set according to your ordering requirements before leaving the factory. If you want to change the corresponding setting parameters, it must be operated by personnel familiar with the industrial control site who fully understand the performance of this instrument. If you have any new suggestions or ideas during use, please inform our company in a timely manner so that we can provide you with better products.

Main performance/main performance---------------------------------------------------------◆◆

1. More than 20 input signals can be selected (measurement input signals can be square root and small signal cut)
2. Multiple displays including process quantity, given value, control quantity, valve position feedback quantity, etc. The display of measured values and given values can be added or subtracted.
3. Selection of positive and negative effects for PID regulation of control variables.
4. The upper and lower limit amplitudes of the PID regulator can be independently set.
5. PID parameter self-tuning or independent self-tuning of P parameter.
6. Power on automatically or manually, and the manual output value can be pre-set.
7. Manual automatic bidirectional disturbance free switching and manual status indication and output.
8. Input the switch quantity SB function to control the displacement of the given value.
9. Two or three analog outputs.
10. The instrument can have up to six switch outputs, and one switch can be set to selectively monitor the other two switches, achieving intelligent sound and light alarm function with silencing time.
11. Remote control of EM1 and EM2.
12. The 50Hz synchronous bidirectional thyristor zero crossing compensation control algorithm is used to achieve optimized control of each main wave, avoiding high-order harmonic pollution of the power grid caused by high-power loads.
13. The intermittent PID regulator instrument can directly control single resistive loads with AC below 2KM or output 3 sets of synchronous signals triggering bidirectional thyristors below 500A for users with built-in 40A bidirectional thyristors.
14. 8 sets of given values SP1 and P, I, D parameter storage and calling.
15. The control output of the remote switch quantity control regulator is PID regulation mode or hold state, with bidirectional disturbance free switching.
16. Set the given values and PID parameters online without disturbance.
17. The control input of the remote switch quantity control regulator is PID regulation mode or tracking state, with bidirectional disturbance free switching.
18. At the same time as PID regulation or positional control, the instrument can define one or two relays to achieve a dual channel timing function with a timing accuracy of 10-5 for each channel up to 100 hours.
19. Fault control output can be achieved after resistance, disconnection, and disconnection, as well as fault control output for valve position feedback blockage or disconnection (1-5, 4-20mA).

1. Dual screen display
When measuring with the upper digital tube, the input measurement signal is displayed, and the prompt for setting parameters is displayed when entering the parameter setting mode.
★ The lower digital display shows the percentage of the regulator's given value or control quantity, or the percentage of valve position feedback quantity (please specify when ordering). When in manual mode, display the manual output control quantity in percentage form. When entering the parameter setting mode, display the set parameters.
2. Dual screen+single analog strip
When measuring with the upper digital tube, the input measurement signal is displayed, and when entering the parameter setting mode, a prompt for setting parameters is displayed.
★ The lower digital display shows the percentage of the regulator's given value or control quantity, or the percentage of valve position feedback quantity (please specify when ordering). When in manual mode, display the manual output control quantity in percentage form. When entering the parameter setting mode, display the set parameters.

3. Single screen+dual-mode strip simulation
When measuring with a digital tube, display the input measurement signal or the given value of the regulator, or display the valve position feedback signal in percentage form, or display the control quantity in percentage form. Use the plus key to switch the display mode. When in manual mode, display the manual output control quantity in percentage form. When entering the parameter setting mode, alternately display the prompt for setting parameters and the setting parameters.

4. Dual screen+dual-mode strip simulation

6. Single digit display+three analog bars
When measuring with the upper digital tube, the input measurement signal, control quantity, tracking quantity, or given value is displayed, and the display mode can be selected with the key. Set the prompt to alternately display the set parameters and the set parameters.
The first 24 line analog strip displays the measurement signal of the main input in percentage form.
The second 24 analog bars display the given value in percentage form.
The third 24 line analog bar displays the control quantity in percentage form.
7. Indicator light
★ LED-A is an intermittent PID control or SP1 alarm status indicator light

Instrument usage and maintenance/Instrument use and maintenance------------------------------------◆◆

1. The instrument should be placed in a dry, ventilated and non corrosive gas environment, and the ambient temperature and relative humidity should meet the technical conditions.
2. According to your needs, please select the instrument model and relevant program correctly so that users can use it without debugging or directly.
3. Due to the multiple functions of the instrument, it is necessary to correctly set the menu operation program and wiring according to the working conditions. If necessary, it is recommended that the user send personnel to the manufacturer for learning.
4. If the instrument is damaged due to quality issues with the manufacturer, it will be repaired free of charge by the manufacturer within one year.
