◆ Overview
OW-XMDA-9000The series of intelligent multi-point touring display adjustment instruments is no longer simply display instruments in the past. Most products in this series of instruments have strong processing capabilities such as calculation, comparison, execution, and alarm.
This instrument adopts a dedicated integrated circuit developed independently and customized by a Japanese integrated circuit manufacturer. It gathers most of the functions of various regulating instruments in current automatic control systems, and also integrates circuits such as CPU, I/O interface, EPROM, and D/A conversion, as well as a software system that draws on various strengths, carefully compiles, and repeatedly debugs.
◆ Characteristics
The hardware of the instrument has been significantly reduced, and the composition structure of the system is relatively simple. Within the scope of user application, multiple input signals are compatible.
Adopting optimized design, the process has been significantly improved, without flying wires or adjusting potentiometers. All calibration and function settings can be completed by software through the keyboard.
It can be set as a four point control with twelve point inspection function. It can be set as a unified point alarm or an independent separate alarm function.
Up to four alarm outputs can be set, with more than ten alarm methods and the ability to monitor each alarm point with sound and light. The alarm sound can also be silenced with a delay time.
● Four categories with nearly a hundred levels of anti-interference modes set by users themselves, which can adapt to interference sources in various environments.

Input signal types: thermocouple, thermistor, linear current, linear voltage.
Number of inspection channels: 1-16. The instrument can display four measurement values simultaneously.
● Can switch between inspection and scheduled inspection, with channel display time setting, selectable from 0.1 to 25 seconds.
Each channel can be individually set to be effective.
Linear input can define the zero point, full-scale value, and decimal place of each channel.
● Support independent setting of upper and lower limit alarm values and alarm light indication for each channel; Unified relay output for upper and lower limits or shared relay output for every 4 channels.
● Four relay combinations can be selected for allocation.
You can see the average value, which can be controlled in a positional manner.
● Adjustable alarm output (including sound and light alarm output).
● It can realize the transmission of the most current value, minimum value, average value, and instantaneous value to the output simultaneously or separately.
According to the operation function, it has three sets of menus: B, C, and E, among which the C menu is convenient and quick.
Can provide RS485 asynchronous serial communication with multiple hosts, single host, and no host modes. Communication data verification follows the CRC-16 American data communication standard, with high reliability cycling and barcode verification.
