The XMDA-6000 series intelligent patrol display alarm instrument is no longer just a simple patrol instrument in the past. Most products in this series of instruments have strong processing capabilities such as computation, comparison, execution, and alarm. The XMDA-6000 series intelligent touring display alarm instrument adopts a self-developed and commissioned Japanese integrated circuit manufacturer's customized production of dedicated integrated circuits. It not only gathers most of the functions of various regulating instruments in the current automatic control system, but also integrates circuits such as CPU, I/O interface, EPROM, and D/A conversion, supplemented by a software system that draws on diverse strengths, carefully compiles, and repeatedly debugs, making this instrument unique in the following aspects:
1. The hardware of the instrument has been significantly reduced, and the composition structure of the system is relatively simple. Within the scope of user application, multiple input signals are compatible.
2. Optimized design has been adopted, significantly improving the process without flying wires or adjusting potentiometers. All calibration and function settings can be completed by software through the keyboard.
3. It can be set as a four point control with ten point inspection function. It can be set as a unified point alarm or an independent separate alarm function.
4. Up to four alarm outputs can be set, with more than ten alarm methods, and sound and light monitoring can be carried out for each alarm point. The sound of the alarm can also be set with a silencing delay time.
5. There are nearly a hundred levels of anti-interference modes in four categories set by users themselves, which can adapt to interference sources in various environments.
Therefore, compared with ordinary patrol testing, this instrument has a significant improvement and breakthrough in various functional levels, and its reliability and stability have been guaranteed to a considerable extent. At the same time, this instrument is in line with current international similar instruments, with a higher performance price ratio, more suitable for national conditions, and has important significance for replacing imports.

The XMDA-6000 intelligent patrol alarm instrument consists of a patrol measurement circuit, a digital panel meter, a regulator, and a power supply part. The regulated power supply converts 220V mains power into a stable DC voltage for other parts of the power supply. The patrol measurement circuit selects one of the tested circuits and sends it to the A/D converter before being processed by the JC-588 dedicated central processor. It not only needs to be sent to the digital panel table, but also to the regulator. After comparing with the set value, it outputs control or alarm signals according to the regulation rules.

1. The instrument should be placed in a dry, ventilated and non corrosive gas environment, and the ambient temperature and relative temperature should meet the technical conditions.
2. The instruments undergo aging verification before leaving the factory. If any damage is found during use, and it is a quality problem caused by the company's manufacturing, the company will repair it free of charge within 12 months from the date of the instrument leaving the factory. If the damage is caused by improper use and storage by the user, the user will provide repair at a cost.
