1: Function:

The electronic tensile testing machine is designed for higher education institutions, research institutes, quality inspection and industrial and mining enterprises. The design of the mainframe and auxiliary equipment of the testing machine integrates our company's advanced technology, with beautiful appearance, easy operation, stable and reliable performance. The system controls the servo motor to rotate through a controller and a speed regulation system. After being decelerated by a reduction system, it rises and falls through a precision screw pair with a crossbeam to complete performance tests such as tensile, compressive, bending, shearing, tearing, and elongation at break of the sample. It is pollution-free, low-noise, efficient, and has a wide speed regulation range. This machine is widely used for material inspection and analysis in industries such as building materials, aerospace, machinery manufacturing, wires and cables, rubber and plastics, textiles, household appliances, etc. It is an ideal testing equipment for scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, commercial inspection and arbitration departments.

1. The speed control system adopts servo motors and reducers, with stable and reliable performance, and protection devices for overcurrent, overvoltage, overload, etc.

2. The transmission part adopts a circular arc synchronous toothed belt and a precision screw pair for smooth transmission, low noise, and high transmission efficiency.

3. The universal joint adopts a cross pin structure and has a swing angle limiting function. On the one hand, it is convenient for sample clamping, ensuring the concentricity of the test, and on the other hand, it effectively eliminates the influence of irregular samples on the sensor.

4. The touch key operation method and real-time display on the LCD screen overcome the problem of old digital tube displays being prone to malfunctions, and are aesthetically pleasing, convenient, and fast.

5. Special attachments: In addition to standard stretching attachments, special attachments (such as geotextile, aluminum foil, paper, etc.) can also be provided according to user needs.
