The XDS MultiVial near-infrared spectroscopy analyzer based on XDS NIR technology provides a new generation of specialized near-infrared analysis solution for rapid and non-destructive measurement of solids in sample bottles. Users can use XDS MultiVial near-infrared spectroscopy analyzer to replace routine testing and shorten the inspection and quarantine release time of products. Whether in the laboratory or offline analysis on-site, component analysis or material identification testing can be performed on samples in sample bottles. This analyzer supports spectrum collection in unmanned mode, allowing operators to free up time to prepare other samples, analyze data, etc.
The universal sample tray of XDS MultiVial near-infrared spectrometer enables continuous measurement of bottled samples. The built-in light spot adjustable function can adjust the illumination of the sample according to the diameter of the sample bottle. The sample center positioning snap ring can be used for individual sample analysis, while the optional coarse particle analysis unit expands the analysis range of solid samples from fine powders to almost all solids such as coarse particles, spherical particles, and sheet-like particles.
