Working principle of XCF inflatable flotation machine

Mainly driven by the motor transmission device and hollow spindle to rotate the impeller. The slurry in the groove is sucked into the space between the lower blades of the impeller through the bottom of the groove and the inner edge of the lower blades. At the same time, low-pressure air supplied from the outside enters the air distributor in the lower impeller cavity through the crossbeam, air regulating valve, and hollow main shaft, and then enters the space between the lower blades of the impeller through the small holes around the air distributor. After thorough mixing between the slurry and air, the slurry is discharged from the outer edge of the lower blades of the impeller. Due to the combined action of the flotation machine impeller rotation, the cover plate and the central cylinder, a certain negative pressure is generated in the upper blade of the impeller, so that the middling foam and ore feed flow into the central cylinder through the middling pipe and ore feed pipe, enter the upper blade of the impeller, and finally discharge from the outer edge of the upper blade. The slurry and air mixture discharged from the outer edge of the lower blade of the impeller and the middling and feed ore discharged from the outer edge of the upper blade of the impeller enter the main slurry in the tank after the stator installed around the impeller flows stably and directionally. The mineralized bubbles rise to the slurry surface to form a foam layer. One part of the slurry returns to the lower blade of the impeller for recycling, and the other part enters the next tank through the flow hole on the wall of the slot for re separation or discharge as a final product.
