      XBD-L fire cooling pump is used for transporting clean water without solid particles and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. Mainly used for boosting water supply in fire protection systems, it can also be used for mine water supply and drainage. The flow rate scale for transporting liquids is 5-80L/S, the pressure scale is 0.2-2.25MPa, the supporting power scale is 1.5-200KW, and the caliber scale is ¢ 50- ¢ 250mm.

      Construction Explanation:

      The XBD-L fire cooling pump consists of two parts: the motor and the pump. The fire pump and the motor are coaxial, and the structure of the fire pump includes the pump body, impeller, pump cover, mechanical seal, etc. The inlet and outlet of the pump are on the same horizontal axis and have the same diameter specifications, making loading and unloading extremely convenient and occupying a small area. The pump is equipped with a device base for easy installation and to increase the stability of pump operation. The pump seal adopts mechanical seal, which has the characteristics of reliable sealing and no leakage. The axial force of the pump is balanced by setting a balance ring on the impeller. The inlet and outlet flanges of the pump are designed for a pressure of 1.6MPa, and the pipeline matching is convenient.
      The XBD-L fire cooling pump consists of two parts: a motor and a pump. The motor is a Y-shaped three-phase asynchronous motor, and the fire pump and motor are connected by a coupling. They are all rigidly connected and do not require calibration during use. A fire pump consists of a stator and a rotor. The pump stator is composed of parts such as the inlet section, middle section, guide vanes, outlet section, and packing box. To avoid stator wear, the stator is equipped with sealing rings, balance sleeves, etc., which can be replaced with spare parts after wear. Some rotors are composed of shafts, intermediate wheels, balance drums, etc. The lower end of the rotor is a water smooth bearing, and the upper part is an angular contact ball bearing. The axial force of the pump is mostly borne by the balance drum, while the remaining axial downward force is received by the angular contact ball bearing. The contact paper pads for the inlet, middle, and outlet sections are tightened to achieve sealing, and users can choose according to their needs.
