2、 Product Overview
The XA-1 volatile organic compound sampler (hereinafter referred to as the sampler) is a specialized sampler developed by our company for sampling volatile organic compounds in organized emissions from environmental air, workplaces, and industrial production. This sampler is a specialized sampling equipment for various organic compounds such as TVOCs, benzene, toluene, xylene, etc. in ambient air. The technical performance indicators of the sampler comply with the relevant national standards. During the development process, extensive consultation was sought from experts and users, utilizing high-performance processors, imported sampling pumps, high-precision mass flow sensors, and high-tech in the field of new materials, striving to provide users with a high-quality sampler that is reliable in quality and stable in performance.
3、 Performance characteristics
1. Original traffic control algorithm, stable for small traffic;
2. Adopting imported quality flow sensors with high flow control accuracy;
3. Adopting imported sampling pump, constant current sampling, good stability;
4. Built in high-energy lithium battery, capable of working for more than 24 hours on a single charge;
5. Automatically measure atmospheric pressure and temperature, automatically calculate standard flow rate and standard volume;
6. Multiple sampling modes are available, including real-time sampling, timed sampling, fixed volume sampling, and interval sampling;
7. It has undervoltage and power failure protection functions, allowing for continuous sampling during incoming calls to ensure that sampling data is not lost;
8. Equipped with a 2-micron dual dust filter, the instrument is protected from dust and has a longer lifespan;
9. One machine is versatile and supports multiple sampling methods such as activated carbon adsorption tubes, solution absorption bottles, and filter membranes;
10. Small size and light weight; Equipped with a triangular bracket, the sampling height can be adjusted.
