The Tianrui new X-ray fluorescence precious metal detector EDX 3000 PLUS has unique functions in measuring the content of precious metals such as gold, silver, platinum, and palladium. Using a 25mm2 large-area beryllium window detector, the content of gold, silver, platinum, palladium, copper, zinc, and nickel in gold, platinum, and K gold jewelry can be accurately analyzed without error. The test results fully comply with the requirements of the national standard GB/T 18043-2000.

Performance advantages
Ultra high resolution:
Using SDD silicon drift detector with a resolution of 139 ± 5eV, while conventional Si PIN detector with a resolution of 160 ± 5eV can better detect the content of iridium and gold in platinum.
Ultra high precision, excellent performance:
Using a 25mm2 large-area beryllium window detector greatly improves the reception capability of sample characteristic X-ray fluorescence. Combined with digital multi-channel analyzer technology, the analysis speed is improved and the overall system processing capacity is enhanced. The maximum count rate can reach 80000, which is 5-10 times higher than the Si PIN 6mm2 probe and 2-4 times higher in accuracy.
Ultra clear camera, precise positioning:
Adopting a new industrial grade camera, the sample images are clearer and precise positioning is easily achieved.
Small collimator, easy to achieve precise small part testing:
We provide multiple collimators with a minimum diameter of 0.2mm, making it easy to achieve precise testing of small parts. At the same time, the collimators can be electrically switched according to testing needs, making the measurement easier and more accurate.
One click intelligent operation, saving the trouble of selecting curves:
The complete use of the FP method can intelligently and automatically match curves with just one click, achieving one-step operation.
