Wood activated carbon strength testerPrinciple:
The sample undergoes certain mechanical wear inside the instrument, and both the skeleton and surface are damaged. The damaged carbon particles are sieved out, and the percentage of retained particles is calculated as the degree of the sample.
Wood activated carbon strength testerTechnical parameters:
Input voltage: AC220V ± 10%
Measurement granularity: 1.0 level
Working speed: 50 revolutions per minute ± 2
Inner diameter of steel cylinder: 80mm
Effective length: 120mm
Switching time: 1-999 minutes
Accessories:
2 steel cylinders (with reinforcement)
10 steel ball bearings (14.3)±0.2mm)
Operation steps for amorphous granular carbon:
1Take 100g of the sample and place it in a standard sieve with a smaller size specified for the variety. Sift it on a vibrating screen for 5 minutes, and then dry the sieved sample in a constant temperature drying oven at 140 ± 10 ℃ until it reaches a constant weight.
2Measure 50mL of dry sample with a measuring cylinder, weigh it, and put it into cylinder 1. Place 10 steel balls in the cylinder, cover the lid tightly, start the instrument, and time it while running for 5 ± 0.08min.
3Remove the steel cylinder.
4Open the cylinder cover, pour out the steel ball, transfer the sample to the original standard sieve, and sieve it on the vibrating screen for 5 minutes.
5Collect the samples retained on the sieve layer and weigh their mass.
