1、 The performance of the test bench meets the requirements of GB/T10760.1-1989 "Technical Conditions for Small Wind Turbines"
2、 Test items and contents:
1. Measure the DC resistance of the winding in the actual cold state; 2. Measure the insulation resistance of the winding to the casing;
3. Measure the stator withstand voltage test; Test voltage value: 1200V Time: 1 minute
4. Measurement of starting resistance torque of generator (using weights): Under no-load conditions, there should be no less than 3 test points within one rotation of the generator;
5. Under no-load conditions, adjust the generator to 65% rated speed and measure the three-phase AC voltage Uab, Ubc, Uac, and rectified DC voltage Udc using a digital voltmeter;
6. Voltage regulation rate test: Set the generator at rated speed under no-load conditions, record the no-load three-phase line voltage and rectified voltage values; Load, record the voltage values of the three-phase line and the rectified DC voltage;
7. Measurement of generator load characteristic curve: Test the output power and measured efficiency of the generator at 65%, 80%, 100%, and 125% rated speed using the direct load method (resistance load). Draw a relationship curve with speed as the horizontal axis and efficiency and output power as the vertical axis;
8. Efficiency measurement: Using the direct method, measure the input power, DC output power, current, and thermal steady-state resistance of the generator operating at rated voltage and rated power. When the temperature reaches the basic temperature, this includes losses in rectification and connection lines;
9. Overload test: The generator should withstand 1.5 times the rated load at maximum operating speed for 5 minutes;
10. Temperature rise test 11, bearing temperature test 12, overspeed test: Under no-load conditions, the generator can withstand twice the rated speed for 2 minutes;
13. Short circuit mechanical strength test: The generator is tested under no-load conditions at rated speed, with a three-phase short circuit on the AC side for 3 seconds;
