If the production cost is high, the price of the air swept coal mill will be high, and if the production cost is low, the product price will be low.
Working principle of wind swept coal mill
The feeding equipment sends raw coal into the louvered chute of the feeding device of the mill. While the material slides down, hot air with a temperature of about 300 ℃ also enters the mill through the inlet duct to dry the raw coal; The raw coal, with the kinetic energy of its inclined downward sliding, enters the drum drying bin through the hollow shaft, and after sufficient drying, enters the II bin through the partition plate. There is a certain amount of grinding material in the II bin. Due to the rotation of the drum, the grading lining plate brings the grinding material to a certain height. The impact energy and friction energy during its descent are used to crush and grind the raw coal. At the same time as the raw coal is crushed and ground, a specially designed ventilation fan passes through the discharge device of the mill to suck out the ground fine powder together with the used hot air. The mixture of fine powder and hot air is separated into unqualified coarse powder by a specially designed separator and sent back to the mill for re grinding.
