It is an ideal ventilation equipment for manufacturing brick and tile wheel kilns, replacing high chimneys for smoke exhaust. It can increase roasting output by 25-30% and reduce coal consumption by 20%. No need to equip a backup fan, just prepare a motor to prevent phase loss replacement, reducing the required power from 11-110kw to 4-55kw with an energy-saving effect of over 75%.
The product's fan blades are made of high wear-resistant cast aluminum material, which has a long service life, is not easy to break, and does not produce sparks during operation. The unique design of this machine isolates dust, smoke, and the motor.

Structural principle
This machine adopts an axial flow structure, with a thickened casing and a thickened twisted circular arc high-efficiency impeller. It is equipped with an induced draft tube, which is flexible in movement and convenient to use. During operation, the motor drives the shaft and impeller to rotate through a V-belt, forming a negative pressure zone inside the casing. The flue gas (or moisture) in the kiln (cave) flows through the channel to the inlet end and is discharged under the action of the impeller. This machine is equipped with a special forced air cooling structure, which can ensure that the bearings and V-belts are not damaged when the flue gas temperature reaches 200C ° C.

Test drive and use
1. Before starting up, various parts should be inspected, including whether the tension of the V-belt is appropriate and whether the fasteners are reliable.
2. Manually climb the V-belt and observe whether the impeller rotates flexibly, whether there is any scraping between the blades and the casing, etc. Only after confirming that there are no obstacles can the vehicle be driven.
3. When wiring the motor, attention must be paid to the rotation of the impeller top and the direction of the air outlet, and the operation and air outlet must follow the direction arrow.
4. Regularly check the operation during use, pay attention to adjusting the tension of the V-belt, establish necessary maintenance and repair systems, and promptly troubleshoot any faults found.
