1、 Maintenance measures for air shower machine:
1. If the air shower machine can be opened during operation, i.e. the lock tongue has not fully entered the lock hole;
2. If the door locks or fails to stop after blowing, or if the door enters the sensing area without blowing, it means that the program has been operated incorrectly and disrupted. Please turn off the main power and restart the program normally.
3. After the installation of this equipment, professional electricians must be sent to participate in the installation, debugging, and acceptance;
4. The maintenance and repair of this equipment must be completed by professional electricians involved in installation, debugging, and acceptance. Other personnel are not allowed to operate panel buttons or disassemble panels for any reason without permission;
5. After maintenance, the original parts of the equipment must be retained and the components should be wiped and cleaned with alcohol in a timely manner;

2、 Installation and maintenance:
1. During maintenance, the power must be turned off. If equipment needs to be repaired or maintained, it must be operated by personnel who have received professional training;
2. The air shower circuit is installed in the box above the entrance door, and the circuit board can be repaired and replaced by opening the panel door lock;
3. The high-efficiency filter is installed in the middle section of the main box (behind the nozzle plate). The high-efficiency filter can be removed by disassembling the nozzle panel;
4. The primary filter (for return air) is installed on both sides below the air shower box (i.e. behind the orifice plate), and can be replaced or cleaned by disassembling the orifice plate;
5. The air shower fan is installed below the side of the air shower box, and the return air filter is disassembled
6. The door magnetic switch and electronic plug-in lock (double door interlock) are installed in the middle position of the door frame of the air shower room. The screws on the face of the electric lock can be disassembled for maintenance and repair;
7. When installing the door closer body, the speed control valve should face the door hinge and allow the door to close freely under the action of the door closer. Do not apply external force, otherwise it may damage the door closer.
