ARS ensures continuous machining performance and avoids downtime due to workpiece jamming. If the system detects an overload in the equipment by monitoring changes in current or speed, the motor will stop and run in reverse to remove the component that caused the jam, and then rotate forward again. This process will be repeated until the rotor stops working due to overheating. ARS can also prevent gear jamming by automatically reversing to ensure perfect mixing of components in the cutting compartment.
Used to process soft or moderately hard plastics for use as raw materials in injection molding, blow molding, and calendering processes.
ML 33 is a traditional crusher, which is a model located between the MAS series and the MC series. Due to the large size of the cutting bin (300 x 300 mm), it can handle medium-sized material heads and components.
