Higher control accuracy:
The independently developed control instrument adopts seismic technology and optional multi-stage filtering technology, combined with imported high-precision sensors, with an actual control accuracy of up to 0.2%, which is not affected by sensor zero drift and temperature drift factors.
Faster response speed:
32-bit MPU with a processing capacity of 50MIPS and a data transmission rate of over 10Mbps, it can easily complete large computational control algorithms, ensuring higher control accuracy while increasing the feeding rate (the ratio of high and low feeding rates of the same feeder) to 15:1.
Superior corrosion resistance:
The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel material, supplemented by comprehensive passivation process, creating superior corrosion resistance, not afraid of high temperature materials, less maintenance, and easy application in harsh environments.
A simpler calibration method:
Not only can physical calibration be performed, but online calibration can also be performed during production operation. The accuracy is calculated by comparing the difference between the upper and lower weight limits of the material in the measuring bucket and the displayed flow rate of the weight loss scale. This calibration method is simple and convenient, saving money and effort.
