Machine operation process

1. Upper bag: The bag is delivered by taking it up and down, and sent to the machine clamp without any bag warning, reducing labor intensity and manpower.

2. Printing production date: ribbon detection, shutdown alarm when ribbon is used up, touch screen display to ensure normal coding of packaging bags.

3. Open the bag: Open the bag for inspection, do not open the bag to prevent material loss.

4. Filling materials: Testing, materials are not filled, heat sealed, or sealed to ensure that bags are not wasted.

5. Hot sealing: Temperature abnormality alarm to ensure sealing quality.

6. Cooling shaping and discharging: Ensure a beautiful seal.
