BiopreneThe hose is double sealed and heat sealed in polyethylene packaging bags in the clean room. The packaging bag comes with Bioprene's product number, lot number, expiration date, and hose description. The standard reel length is 50 feet (15m), please inquire with us for other reel lengths or cutting lengths.

The length of the hose reel can reach 500 feet (152m) and can provide 1.6, 2.4, A wall thickness of 3.2mm.

The packaged Bioprene reels will be packed into paper boxes outside the cleanroom. The cardboard boxes, like polyethylene packaging, are labeled with Bioprene's product number, lot number, expiration date, and hose description. Each package of hoses comes with a certification certificate.

All 800 series hoses are cut with plastic sleeves and packaged in the clean room.
