Waters can supply a variety of 96 well plates, 384 well plates, and accessories for use as sample plates in automatic samplers, as well as collection plates in sample preparation and extraction.

• The Waters collection board and sample board comply with the regulatory requirements of SBS/ANSI and are suitable for automation compatibility systems
• Polypropylene (PP) structure, resistant to chemical attack
• Glass lined tube, suitable for samples requiring glass surface

Polypropylene cover pad:Has high chemical stability and is suitable for 96 well plates

Silicone rubber/PTFE cover gasket:Suitable for 96 well plates and 96 well plates with glass lined pipes. There are pre opening and non opening types of cover pads to choose from. The pre opening type has excellent resealing function and is recommended for automatic samplers to achieve appropriate ventilation and precise sample suction. The non open type is recommended for long-term sample storage.

Hot sealing components

Transparent polyester heat seal:Can be used as a solvent and buffer for most samples within the temperature range of -80 ° C to 80 ° C. A heat sealer is required when using this type of seal.

Aluminum foil heat sealed parts:Made of polyester/aluminum foil laminated material. The addition of aluminum layer can reduce the breathability of the seal. For long-term storage, aluminum foil heat seals are a better choice as they can reduce solvent evaporation losses. This seal can be used within a temperature range of -200 ° C to 90 ° C and requires a heat sealer for use.

Adhesive seals:It is a polyolefin film with synthetic rubber adhesive. This type of seal is particularly suitable for samples containing proteins and peptides in buffering agents. This adhesive can withstand low concentrations (0% to 30%) of polar organic solvents and can be used in the temperature range of -80 ° C to 80 ° C without the need for a heat sealer.
