The stator winding and iron core of the water filled electric motor are directly immersed in water, which has good cooling effect and does not produce pollution, thus breaking through the disadvantages of "O" - shaped sealing rings, mechanical seals, etc. leaking into the motor cavity during the operation of other electric pumps, greatly improving the efficiency of the electric pump.

3、 Characteristics:

4、 Installation and usage techniques:

It should be able to work continuously and normally under the following usage conditions:

1. Before use, loosen the drain bolt and add clean water (tap water or generally clean lake water or river water) from the water inlet to rinse the rust water in the motor cavity and extend the service life of the water pump. After the clean water flows out of the drain hole, tighten the drain bolt and gently shake it to exhaust the air in the winding to ensure that the motor cavity is filled with clean water. Then tighten the drain bolt and check that the insulation resistance is not less than 5 megohms.

2. When not in use, the water inside the motor should be drained and placed in a dry and ventilated place. The above method should be followed for the next use. (FP blocking screw).

3. The working medium is non corrosive clean water, with a sand content volume ratio of no more than 0.10%, a pH value of 6-8.5, and a water temperature not exceeding+40% ℃

4. The electric pump adopts a sliding bearing structure and must be used vertically without tilting.

5. The diving depth of a water filled submersible electric pump shall not exceed 5m.
