The pollutants emitted are mainly dust or acid mist generated during pre-treatment, paint mist and organic solvents generated during painting, and organic solvents generated during drying and volatilization. Paint mist mainly comes from the scattering of solvent based coatings during air spraying operations, and its composition is consistent with the coating used. Organic solvents mainly come from solvents and diluents during the use of coatings, with the vast majority being volatile emissions. Their main pollutants are xylene, benzene, toluene, etc. The harmful exhaust gases emitted during painting are mainly concentrated on the painting production line, among which the painting room, drying room, and drying room are the main sources of exhaust gases.
