1、 Overview
The commonly used raw materials for feed industry are: bean bran, corn flour, fish bones, shrimp skin, etc. In addition, some food spices such as garlic powder are added. The main sections that generate waste gas include feed mixing and steam drying. The main components are animal and plant proteins, fats, fibers, and additives. These components undergo thermal decomposition after cooking, with some components evaporating upon heating and others decomposing into low molecular weight substances. These volatile substances are mixed and dispersed with water during the drying process, releasing into the air and forming waste gas from the feed industry. Due to the numerous components of this waste gas, each with its own unique odor, a major characteristic of the feed industry waste gas is the strong odor (foul odor) that mixes with multiple odors. The harm of these odors to humans is mainly sensory discomfort.
2、 Process Design
1. Gas collection system: Add a collection system to the specific parts of the workshop where the machines generate exhaust gas, and then install corresponding pipelines. The fan is used as a power source to extract the exhaust gas;
2. Dust removal system part: This method is not the traditional tower absorption method. The waste gas collected by the gas collection system is first transported to the alkali absorption tower, and the waste gas is input from bottom to top. The alkali solution sprays the waste gas from top to bottom through spraying.
3. Purification and deodorization system: It utilizes the advantages of efficient adsorption materials (activated carbon or carbon fiber) with strong adsorption capacity and fast adsorption and desorption rates to purify organic waste gas. The exhaust gas from the outside of the tower is evenly distributed through the guide hood and sent into the tower. The incoming airflow passes through the adsorption bed of the tower's internal packing, and harmful chemical components in the airflow are adsorbed by the adsorbent. Clean air is discharged through the air outlet, and condensed water generated inside the tower is discharged outside the tower through the collection tank and discharge pipe.
