Turn the switch to "ON"

Models with flues: For equipment with a temperature controller (230V), unplug the protective cover from the temperature controller power socket and insert the plug of the temperature controller into the socket. For the operation of devices without temperature controllers, simply plug the protective cover of the temperature controller into the socket.

Set the thermostat to the maximum temperature range. Turn the switch to the 'on' position.

Adjust the thermostat to the desired temperature.

A warm air blower is a combined unit consisting of a ventilation fan, an electric motor, and a radiator. Suitable for various types of workshops that allow for air recirculation. When the air does not contain dust or flammable gases, it can be used for circulating air heating. It is mainly composed of an air heater and a fan. The air heater dissipates heat, and then the fan sends it out to regulate the indoor air temperature. The air heater is composed of spiral finned tubes. For example, the heat dissipation pipe of a steam type heater is wrapped around a seamless boiler tube with a wall thickness of Φ 21.5 using aluminum strip special equipment, with a spacing of 2.5mm. The installation location of the heater should be away from flammable, explosive and other dangerous goods and gases;

The installation location of the heater should be in a dry indoor area that can avoid rain and snow to prevent moisture;

The installation site of the heater should have good ventilation and should not be used in a sealed box;

The installation location of the heater should not block the air inlet, and the air outlet should be connected with piping wrapped in insulation material. It is important to note that the piping should not be too long, too thin, or bent.

When installing the heater, the air outlet must be tilted up by 15 ° and down by 10 °, and the left and right inclination of the machine body should be within 15 ° for use.

Environmental requirements for use

The operating environment of the warm air blower requires no viscous or fibrous substances in the air, and the content of dust and other solid impurities should not exceed 100mg/m3.

The humidity is within 85% (non condensing).

Safety protection and precautions

The outlet duct of the heater and the temperature of the air it sends out may be very high, so be careful to avoid burns;

If the air used contains flammable and explosive gases, its concentration must be diluted to below 1/50~1/100 of the explosive limit;

In the event of a sudden accident, the emergency brake can be directly pressed to shut down the machine. After safety is ensured, it can be reset and resume work.

The heater must use a grounded socket, and the wires must meet the requirements. In case of an emergency, an electric shock event may occur.

Do not directly unplug the power cord. After turning off the machine, wait for it to cool down before unplugging the power.
