The pulse bag filter at the top of the warehouse has absorbed the advantages of the original pulse bag filter, changed the original ash discharge system, simplified the structure, and has the characteristics of high gas processing capacity, good purification effect, and reliable operation. Suitable for capturing various small and dry non fibrous dust, it is a necessary equipment for dust removal in Jian Ku. This type of dust collector is generally used on the top of cement tanks in mixing plants, coal yards, and ventilation type dust collectors on various warehouse roofs. It usually does not have an ash hopper and is directly connected to the top of the warehouse with a flange. When adding materials to the tank, the dust collector is a ventilation hole. After filtering and meeting emission standards, the collected dust falls directly into the tank or cylinder.

The basic structure of the top pulse bag filter consists of four parts:
1. Upper box: including a liftable cover plate (or fastening cover plate) and an air outlet.
2. Medium box body: including porous plate, maintenance door, filter bag, keel, Venturi tube, etc.
3. Lower box: including pressure measuring connectors, etc.
4. Spray system: including pulse controller, electromagnetic pulse valve, spray pipe, and air bag.

The working principle of the pulse bag filter on the top of the warehouse: Dust laden air enters the dust removal box from the bottom of the dust collector. Coarse particles of dust settle down by their own gravity and fall into the ash bin. Fine dust is adsorbed onto the dust in the filter bag through various effects. As time goes by, it accumulates thicker and the resistance of the dust collector gradually increases, and the amount of gas processed continuously decreases. In order to maintain the effective working state of the dust collector and keep the pressure loss within a certain range, it is necessary to adsorb the accumulated dust outside the bag wall.
The dust cleaning process is controlled by the controller to issue instructions to each electromagnetic pulse valve according to the specified requirements, causing the filter bag to rapidly shrink, expand, and shrink in an instant. During the dust cleaning process, the pressure loss of the dust collector and the amount of dust containing gas being processed remain almost unchanged, which is one of the characteristics of pulse bag filters.

Overview of the Spray System: Pulse valve A is connected to a compressed air bag, and end B is connected to a spray pipe. The pulse valve back pressure chamber control valve and control valve action are commanded by the control instrument. When there is no signal output from the controller, the movable iron core of the control valve seals the exhaust port, and the pulse valve is in the closed state. When the control instrument sends a signal, the control valve communicates the pulse back pressure chamber with the atmosphere, the pulse valve opens, and compressed air is sprayed into the Venturi tube through the pulse valve via the small hole of the spray pipe, changing to instantaneous positive pressure inside the filter bag to achieve dust cleaning.

The characteristics of the top pulse bag filter: The top pulse bag filter is a device that uses the principle of bag filtration to separate gas and ash, discharge exhaust gas outward, and maintain normal pressure inside the container. It is suitable for placement at the top of various powder storage warehouses, especially for the top of the receiving bin in pneumatic conveying processes. Due to the excellent dust cleaning technology and significantly improved air to cloth ratio, it has the characteristics of large air processing volume, small footprint, high purification efficiency, reliable operation, simple structure, and low maintenance volume. The dust removal efficiency can reach over 99%. It is a mature and relatively complete dust removal equipment.

Installation precautions
When lifting the equipment, attention should be paid to avoiding damaging the box and accessories.
2. Before installation, conduct a comprehensive inspection of all components of the dust collector to ensure their integrity. If any missing, damaged, or deformed parts are found, they must be repaired and replenished before installation.
3. Sealing fillers should be embedded between the flanges of the ash hopper, box body, etc. before tightening the bolts to prevent air leakage.
4. Each entry hole, inspection door, etc. should have sealing strips to ensure their sealing performance.
5. The filter bag should be inspected one by one, and the upper opening should be tied tightly. If there is any detachment, it should be repaired immediately.
After fixing the spray tube, its spray hole should be aligned with the center of the Venturi tube.
7. The connection between the airbag and the electromagnetic pulse valve blowing pipe should be reliably sealed and there should be no air leakage.
8. Connect U-shaped pressure gauges to the inlet and outlet pipes of the dust collector to measure resistance. Based on the increase in resistance, determine the interval time between the spray pipes and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
9. Compressed air for spraying should be cleaned of dirt and oil, and an oil-water separator (G3/4 ") should be installed before connecting the compressed air to the dust collector air bag

Maintenance precautions
After the dust collector is put into operation, a dedicated person should be assigned to manage and maintain it, familiar with the working principle and technical performance of the dust collector, master the adjustment and maintenance methods, conduct patrol inspections every shift, and establish operation records.
2. The oil-water separator, filter, air storage tank, and air bag shift of compressed air should discharge sewage once or twice.
3. The filter material for compressed air should be replaced every 2-6 months.
4. The electromagnetic pulse valve should be cleaned every three months and vulnerable parts should be replaced.
5. Various rubber seals should be replaced regularly.
If there is dust emission from the exhaust port, check whether the filter bag is loose or damaged, whether the bolts (Venturi tube) are loose, and whether the gasket is aging. (Can open the top cover for inspection)
If dust is found to be emitted from the exhaust port after each cleaning, it is considered excessive cleaning and the cleaning cycle should be adjusted.
8. The condition of the filter bag should be checked regularly (once every three months), and if there is any damage, it should be replaced or repaired immediately. When repairing, the same material as the filter bag should be used for patching, and it is strictly prohibited to use only thread to thread stitching. The general service life of cloth bags is 1-2 years.
9. Regularly maintain the cleanliness of the dust collector body, and promptly apply paint to any damaged areas, at least once every two years.
