Two working principles
The basic working principle of the WZD vibration conveyor is that after the equipment is started, two symmetrically arranged vibration motors of the same model operate synchronously and in reverse. The excitation force generated by them is transmitted to the entire vibration body feeding trough through the transmission body motor or exciter base, causing the material trough to vibrate periodically, thereby causing the material in the trough to move in a directional jumping motion towards the discharge end, and finally completing the material conveying operation.
