The structural diagram of LDH type mixer mainly consists of four parts: transmission system, horizontal cylinder, plow blade, and flying blade group. During the mixing process, the material is subject to circumferential and radial turbulence along the inner wall of the cylinder under the action of the plow blade. On the other hand, the material splashes along the normal direction of the two sides of the plow blade. When the material flows through the flying blade, it is strongly dispersed by the high-speed rotating blade. Under the combined action of the plow blade and the flying blade, the material continuously undergoes convection, diffusion, and flipping, thereby achieving uniform mixing in a very short time.
