The electric heating mold is composed of a digital temperature controller and a heating mold. The digital temperature controllers are respectivelyWJ-98 single channel thermostat and WY-99 dual channel thermostat. The WY-98 single channel thermostat is mainly used for heating cylindrical molds, while the WY-99 dual channel thermostat is mainly used for heating flat molds. This mold has continuously adjustable temperature control, is lightweight, easy to use, and has good temperature control performance. It is an ideal supporting equipment for engineering and technical personnel in various university research institutes to conduct spectral detection, analysis, and qualitative analysis. The particles or powders of the sample are heated and pressurized to improve their chemical stability, which has the advantages of being less prone to breakage and facilitating cutting and storage.
