Working principle
The FCX submersible electric flushing valve is connected to the volute of various submersible sewage pumps and submersible drainage pumps, and its valve is normally open. When the pump is started, the valve is open, and the pressure of the pump causes the liquid flow to be forcefully sprayed out through the valve, rushing towards the surrounding area of the pump pit, producing a highly agitated liquid flow that repeatedly flushes the pump pit. The sludge and covering layer pollutants are quickly dispersed and stirred into a suspended night flow. Close the valve in about 1 minute (the opening and closing time of the valve can be set by each pump station as needed), and the sludge and dirt will be discharged from the pump pit together with the liquid flow. The valve works repeatedly according to the prescribed time to achieve automatic and effortless cleaning of the pump pit. This greatly reduces the maintenance workload and cost of the pump station.
