The moisture content can be measured as low as 0.001ppm, and the micro moisture content of solids, liquids, and powders can be determined within 1 minute. The instrument has a built-in printing function and can store 500 sets of data, which can be queried and printed in real time! Innovative reminders and built-in electronic manuals make instrument operation no longer complicated. WKT-A9 complies with multiple national and international moisture measurement standards, with eight moisture calculation formulas and six measurement methods that can meet the needs of moisture measurement in various industries. Operation steps:
Reagent debugging steps:
First, assemble the card type moisture analyzer and connect it to the power supply. Turn on the power switch
1. Add Karl Fischer titration reagent to the middle of the electrolytic cell scale line
2. Use a 100 microliter sampler to slowly inject distilled water or purified water
Wait for the color of the reagent to gradually fade
3. The color of the reagent has become lighter, and the instrument is displaying. Please wait for the instrument to stabilize before stopping the water injection
4. The instrument automatically electrolyzes the just added water, and after the electrolysis is completed, the instrument will indicate that the balance can be tested
Sample determination steps:
1. After sampling with an injector, place it on an analytical balance and weigh it. Click to remove the skin
2. After clicking on start measurement, inject the sample into the electrolytic cell bottle
3. Take out the sampler and place it on the analytical balance for weighing. The weight displayed on the balance at this time is the weight of the sample
4. Input the sample weight into the instrument and wait for measurement
5. The measurement is completed, and the instrument displays the measurement results and automatically stores them

precautions


1、 Cannot display normally
Please check if the power connection wire, fuse, and power switch of the instrument are functioning properly.
2、 The instrument has been in a stable state all along
1. Evaluate whether the reagent is over iodine (reagent color dark brown opaque or dark). If so, use a 0.5 microliter sampler to extract 0.2-0.4 microliters of water and inject it. Do not use an injector of 50 microliters or larger for injection.
2. Check whether the platinum wire at the bottom of the measuring electrode is connected together, causing a short circuit.
3. Check if the electrode plug is connected incorrectly
3、 The instrument testing is unstable and the shutdown is slow
Please check if the reagent has failed
Please check if there is a lot of moisture adhering to the wall of the electrolytic cell bottle (shake the electrolytic cell bottle)
4、 Open electrolysis without counting
Check if the electrolytic electrode is in good contact, unplug and plug it again, and check if the connecting wire is broken.
5、 Electrolysis does not end
Check if the reagent has expired.
