precautions
1、 Cannot display normally
Please check if the power connection wire, fuse, and power switch of the instrument are functioning properly.
2、 The instrument has been in a stable state all along
1. Evaluate whether the reagent is over iodine (reagent color dark brown opaque or dark). If so, use a 0.5 microliter sampler to extract 0.2-0.4 microliters of water and inject it. Do not use an injector of 50 microliters or larger for injection.
2. Check whether the platinum wire at the bottom of the measuring electrode is connected together, causing a short circuit.
3. Check if the electrode plug is connected incorrectly
3、 The instrument testing is unstable and the shutdown is slow
Please check if the reagent has failed
Please check if there is a lot of moisture adhering to the wall of the electrolytic cell bottle (shake the electrolytic cell bottle)
4、 Open electrolysis without counting
Check if the electrolytic electrode is in good contact, unplug and plug it again, and check if the connecting wire is broken.
5、 Electrolysis does not end
Check if the reagent has expired.
