Machine characteristics

1. High rigidity and long-lasting precision retention

1、 The main components of the machine tool, including the base, worktable, column, slide, and turntable, are all made of resin sand molding and high-strength cast iron. They have a complete heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress and are equipped with sufficient reinforcing ribs to ensure that the entire machine has sufficient strength, rigidity, and high stability;

2、 All mechanical main castings are made of high rigidity cast iron to ensure excellent structural stability; The columns, bases, and saddles are box shaped structures, combined with a rational reinforcement design that not only enhances structural rigidity but also reduces thermal deformation to a low level;

3、 The X, Y, and Z axis line rails are roller guides to ensure excellent positioning and repeatability accuracy;

Tool changing method: The spindle adopts two optional transmission methods: 1) belt type transmission spindle, and 2) direct connected high-speed spindle; 3) Optional reduction gearbox structure, dual speed conversion, heavy cutting processing; The cutting device has a buffering function, which not only avoids damage to the spindle and bearings during tool replacement, but also extends the service life of the spindle; The cutting action is activated by a pneumatic cylinder to improve the efficiency of tool changing;
