1. High rigidity and long-lasting precision retention

They have a complete heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress and are equipped with sufficient reinforcing ribs to ensure that the entire machine has sufficient strength, rigidity, and high stability;

Tool changing method: The spindle adopts two optional transmission methods: 1) belt type transmission spindle, and 2) direct connected high-speed spindle; 3) Optional reduction gearbox structure, dual speed conversion, heavy cutting processing; The cutting device has a buffering function, which not only avoids damage to the spindle and bearings during tool replacement, but also extends the service life of the spindle; The cutting action is activated by a pneumatic cylinder to improve the efficiency of tool changing;
