This machine is a vertical axis reflective micro pulverizer that can simultaneously complete two processing steps of micro pulverization and micro powder sorting. This machine consists of a body, a frame, a feeding device, a crushing device, a discharge pipe, a transmission device, and a motor. It is equipped with a main engine, a pulse dust collector, a high-pressure centrifugal fan, a damper, a cyclone collector, and an electric control cabinet to form a complete set of airflow turbine micro powder units. The grinding particle size can be adjusted arbitrarily without stopping the machine, and the product particle size is uniform. The machine has a self cooling function. The material enters the crushing chamber from the feeding hopper and is crushed by a high-speed rotating cutter disc. The crushing fineness can be adjusted by adjusting the speed of the grading knife and grading disc to achieve the desired fineness. The crushed material enters the cyclone collector through the centrifugal force of the rotor and the action of the induced draft fan, and then is discharged through the fan. The dust enters the pulse dust removal box and is filtered by the filter cylinder before being recycled. The machine is designed according to the GMP standard, and the entire ultrafine crusher is made of 304 stainless steel material, with no dust flying during the crushing process.
