Working principle
The main technical feature of this machine is to quickly discharge the product from the machine cavity by utilizing the dynamic pressure generated by the crushing knife. A secondary air inlet (optional) can be set up to create an air cushion inside the casing to reduce discharge air resistance. It can also be connected to the tail air duct of the recycling system and can be connected to an automatic or pulse type box dust collector. Its main function is to avoid dust flying and reduce material loss, play a role in recycling and reuse, and reduce environmental pollution. It complies with GMP standards.
The working principle of this machine is mainly to crush the impact between the toothed plate and the activity on the material, while also utilizing the vortex airflow generated by the blade back to enhance the crushing of the material. If the material has low thermal sensitivity, a cold air circulation cooling device (temperature can be controlled at 20-30 degrees) or a cryogenic device (temperature can be controlled between 451 degrees) can be installed. This device is used in biopharmaceuticals or cryogenic crushing.
