The system uses a Sida controller to control the servo motor to rotate through a speed regulation system. After being decelerated by a reduction system, the imported precision ball screw pair drives the crossbeam to rise and fall, completing the tensile and compressive mechanical performance tests of the sample. It is pollution-free, low-noise, efficient, and has a wide speed regulation range. Fully comply with the requirements of GB/T9647-2015 "Determination of Ring Stiffness of Thermoplastic Pipes". This machine is widely used for material inspection and analysis in industries such as steel metallurgy, building materials, aerospace, machinery manufacturing, wires and cables, rubber and plastics, textiles, household appliances, etc. It is an ideal testing equipment for scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, commercial inspection and arbitration departments.

For pipes with irregular inner diameters, an additional wall thickness deformation measuring device is used to measure the inner diameter deformation, which has high measurement accuracy and accurate and reliable control.
The digital display is completed by a microcontroller for data acquisition and processing. The LCD displays the test force, deformation amount, and compression speed, and can print records. The deformation amount and compression speed can be preset, and the test data needs to be manually calculated and organized.
