Performance characteristics
■Adopting an integrated structure, the automatic sample delivery mechanism, vertical high-temperature cracking furnace, electrolytic cell, agitator, air purifier and other system components are assembled in one box. The structure is reasonable and the concept is clever, resulting in a compact and aesthetically pleasing instrument.
■There is no built-in electronic balance, and the operator needs to manually weigh the sample. The instrument can be connected to an external electronic balance, and the sample weight can be automatically inputted by pressing the button when weighing the sample. Additional samples can be added during the testing process. The entire testing process after sample installation can be unmanned and controlled by a program: fully automatic continuous sample delivery, fully automatic coulombic measurement, fully automatic storage and memory, and automatic generation and printing of reports.
■The electrolysis current adopts the constant current method, and Coulomb titration is implemented by software. System errors can be directly modified through software, and the test results are superior to national standards, with good repeatability and high accuracy.
■The system design has a dedicated fault detection task program. When the instrument is working, it will monitor the various functional components of the system in real time and have the function of fault diagnosis, alarm and prompt. In addition, there is a powerful debugging menu that greatly facilitates the diagnosis and troubleshooting of faults.
■The microcomputer testing software fully supports Windows 9X and Windows XP platforms, with high system stability. The human-computer interaction interface is user-friendly and easy for operators to learn and use. Can be connected to the internet for remote data sharing, facilitating data management.
■The hardware of the control system adopts the latest ARM series microcontroller from the United States, which has fast computing power and strong control capability. The software is written under the multitasking operating system UC/OS-II, so the program performance is stable, reliable, and has strong anti-interference ability. Communication with microcomputers can be achieved through the use of USB technology that supports hot swapping, making it convenient for users to build one machine with multiple controls
