Main purpose:

Working Principle:

The machine is mainly composed of components such as the casing, door, turbine, main shaft, and screen mesh. The high-speed rotation of the turbine draws in a large amount of air and materials, and the materials and airflow rotate with the high-speed rotating turbine. The crushing zone composed of grinding blocks on the turbine and mesh ring has a compact structure, and the material is tightly rubbed and strongly impacted on the inner edge of the turbine blades in the rotating airflow, and then grinded again in the gaps between the blades and the grinding blocks. When the material reaches the required fineness of the product, it is filtered out from the sieve and discharged through the lower chamber of the machine casing. During this process, the large amount of air drawn in by the turbine serves the purpose of cooling the machine, abrasive, and conveying fine powder. The fineness of material crushing depends on the properties of the material and the size of the sieve. The bearing is equipped with a unique labyrinth seal, which effectively prevents dust from entering and extends the service life of the bearing. The machine door is equipped with two O-ring seals, which are dust-free.
