W43G series leveling machine
The W43 series multi roll leveling machine is a specialized equipment for leveling metal sheets and strips, used to level uneven materials in cold state. It can be used as a part of various rolling mills, strip material unwinding, leveling, shearing, steel plate pretreatment production lines, and can be used in conjunction with other equipment. It can also be used as a standalone machine. The whole machine adopts a split frame structure, with the lower row of work rollers fixed on the lower machine base and the upper row of work rollers fixed on the movable crossbeam. The movable crossbeam can move up and down and tilt at a certain angle to adapt to the leveling of different thicknesses of sheet metal. To ensure the leveling accuracy, both the upper and lower rows of work rollers are equipped with support rollers. The upper and lower rows of work rollers are both active rollers, and adopt an integrated planetary reduction multi drive form, with a compact structure
