The four roll plate rolling machine can achieve pre bending of both ends of the plate in one feeding, and roll it into circular cylinder, arc or conical workpiece within a certain range.
The upper roller of the machine is the main driving roller, and the lower roller and side roller are passive rollers; The lower and side rollers are driven up and down by hydraulic cylinders, and their lifting displacement is synchronously controlled by PLC with digital display on the screen; The unloading overturning and balancing mechanism at the tail of the upper roller are driven by hydraulic pressure.

1. Main structure
The main structure of the equipment consists of an upper roller device, a lower roller assembly, a side roller device, a main transmission device, a flipping device, left and right side frames, and a base.
(1) Upper roller device
The upper roller device consists of an upper roller, an upper roller bearing seat, an upper roller sliding bearing, etc.
The upper roller is the active roller, and the torque is transmitted to the upper roller through the main transmission output gear and the upper roller gear.
The material of the upper roller is 45 # steel forging, with medium frequency quenching treatment of HRC38-42; The upper roller sliding bearing adopts SF-2 composite material; The material of the upper roller gear is ZG310-570, which has undergone quenching and tempering treatment HB245-285.
(2) Lower roller device
The lower roller device consists of a lower roller, a lower roller bearing seat, a lower roller oil cylinder, and a lower roller bearing.
The cylinder body and piston rod of the two lower rollers are both made of 45 # steel forgings, with the inner surface of the cylinder tube polished and the surface of the piston rod chrome plated; The sealing element adopts imported sealing element, which has good sealing effect and long service life. Provide the required pressure for rolling sheet metal, using rodless chamber operation. The working pressure of the main oil cylinder is 20MPa, and the rated maximum working pressure is 31.5MPa. The two oil cylinders are synchronously controlled and digitally displayed by PLC.
The material of the lower roller is 45 # steel forging, treated with medium frequency quenching H RC38-42; Install self-aligning bearings on the bearing seats at both ends of the lower roller.
(3) Side roller device
The side roller device consists of side rollers, side roller bearing seats, side roller oil cylinders, side roller bearings, etc.
The cylinder body and piston rod of the side roller oil cylinder are both made of 45 # steel forgings, with the inner surface of the cylinder tube polished and the surface of the piston rod chrome plated; The sealing element adopts imported sealing element, which has good sealing effect and long service life. (6) Left and right racks, base
The left and right frames and bases are welded steel plates, which undergo vibration aging treatment after welding.
2. Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system consists of a plunger pump, valve group, auxiliary pipeline components, etc.
The hydraulic valve adopts the Jiangsu Haimen hydraulic superposition valve series, with simple pipeline layout, low leakage, and easy maintenance and debugging.
The system consists of three types of circuits: pressure regulation circuit, synchronization circuit, and speed circuit.
The pressure regulating circuit adjusts the working pressure of the system through an overflow valve. The system has a working pressure of 20MPa and a maximum working pressure of 31.5MPa. The pressure gauge has been inspected and a certificate of conformity has been provided.
The synchronous circuit synchronizes the coarse steps of the upward and downward movement of the upper roller through a diversion valve, and there is an error of 3-5% in adjusting the throttle valve up and down; Displacement sensor detection, PLC performs power on or power-off action on the executing reversing electromagnet; The synchronization accuracy of the upper roller reaches ± 0.2mm.
The speed circuit controls the flipping and resetting of the flipping side frame, and adjusts the throttling speed of the circuit through a throttle valve.
3. Electrical control system
The equipment electrical control system consists of an electrical control cabinet, an operation console, etc. Power supply 380V/50HZ. The main switch has short-circuit protection and overload protection functions for the main motor. The forward and reverse rotation of the motor is controlled by an AC contactor; The high-voltage control components, including circuit breakers, fuses, contactors, thermal relays, buttons, switches, indicator lights, etc., all use the Delixi series.
The control circuit adopts the Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller system from Japan, with fewer relays, reliable operation, and long service life.
In order to protect the safety of operators and equipment, limit switches are installed at the terminals of each moving part of the equipment, and emergency stop buttons are installed on the fixed side machines.
The control cabinet is equipped with all control buttons, indicator lights, digital display devices, etc. for completing the product rolling process, in order to control the operation and various working states of the whole machine.
4. Main strengths of the equipment
