1、 Installation of W-type high lift vortex pump
1. During installation, the recording should not bear the weight of the inlet and outlet pipelines. The suction pipeline should be as short and straight as possible.
2. After installation, the concentricity and skewness of the pump shaft and motor shaft should be checked. The inspection method for concentricity can be to use a ruler to check the outermost circles of the two connected couplings, and their concentricity should not exceed 0.1 millimeters. For skew inspection, a caliper can be used to check the circumferential distance between the end faces of the two couplings, and it should not exceed 0.3 millimeters on the entire circumference.
2、 Disassembly and assembly sequence
1. Remove the pump cover.
2. Remove the impeller using the screw holes on the impeller and remove the key on the shaft.
3. Remove the pump body and remove the packing gland (if the sealing part is a mechanical seal, first tighten it). Remove the nut of the single end south sealing end, and then remove the pump body.
4. If it is a mechanical seal, before disassembling the mechanical seal part, first remove the fixing screws and then remove it together with the single end face seal cover.
5. Remove the coupling.
6. Remove the bearing end caps from both ends of the bracket, then take out the shaft and rolling bearings together from the bracket and remove the bearings.
7. The assembly sequence is opposite to the disassembly sequence, but attention should be paid to using paper pads to adjust the axial clearance between the impeller, pump body, and pump body that should be ensured
3、 Starting and stopping of W-type high lift vortex pump
1. For W-type split pumps, the first thing to check is whether there is calcium based grease in the bearing body. If it has been stored for too long, the bearing end cover should be opened to check if it has deteriorated. If it has deteriorated, the oil should be changed again before starting.
2. Rotate the coupling (after removing the motor fan blades from the direct coupled pump, rotate the fan blades) After confirming that the rotor components rotate easily and evenly, use a spirit level to check the levelness of the unit, level it, and then tighten the connecting nuts with the foundation appropriately.
3. Measure the insulation strength of the motor If it is low at 5MQ, it may be due to the motor being damp or damaged. If it is only damp, the motor can be driven by itself after running for a period of time. Otherwise, the motor must be repaired or replaced to avoid damage to the pump caused by poor operation.
4. Test start-up: Adjust the motor direction of the point power motor to meet the requirements.
5. Open the suction pipeline valve to introduce liquid into the pump body. For pumps installed higher than the horizontal position, a bottom valve can be installed at the suction pipe end to close and fill the pump casing with the pumped liquid before starting (for pumps with shorter suction paths, the remaining liquid in the pump casing does not need to be refilled after the first start of water addition).
6. Open the valve of the extrusion pipeline and start the motor to adjust the pressure gauge. Adjust the valve on the extrusion pipeline and adjust the pressure gauge reading to the appropriate level. Never allow the pump to operate when the valve is closed or the flow rate is extremely low.
