This is a new model, model DC0506W, with a square opening and a stainless steel beaker holder inside. It can be matched with Bolifei's viscometer and our company's infinitely variable speed viscometer. Due to the use of a disc rotor, a larger sample container is required. Can hold 500ml large beakers or other containers, and is also suitable for various types of ordinary viscometers.

The viscosity of liquids, whether Newtonian or non Newtonian, is temperature dependent and typically decreases with increasing temperature. In order to accurately measure the viscosity of the sample, it is first necessary to consider controlling the temperature of the sample. The viscosity of most samples is highly sensitive to temperature changes, requiring temperature control accuracy of ± 0.1 ℃ or even ± 0.01 ℃.
Our company specializes in producing various digital viscometers, as well as matching viscometer specific constant temperature water baths (or oil baths, which can only be heated but not cooled) and viscometer specific low-temperature constant temperature baths (which can be heated or cooled).
DC0506N and DC0506W are specialized low-temperature constant temperature baths for viscometers, controlled by high-performance single-chip microcomputers, with self-tuning PID regulation, imported platinum resistors, high temperature control accuracy, and small fluctuations; Adopting a branded refrigeration compressor with high efficiency and fast cooling, a fully sealed mixing motor with low noise and long lifespan, and a large backlit LCD display screen with clear and concise parameters, it is beautiful and fashionable. Equipped with a thermocouple protection constant temperature liquid level protection device, it can effectively prevent various faults caused by instrument loss of control and heating tube burnout. The instrument works stably and reliably, and is easy to operate.
The DC0506N viscometer is equipped with a low-temperature constant temperature bath with a circular opening, which can hold a 400ml high fever cup. The beaker contains the test sample, and the viscometer can directly measure the viscosity of the sample in the beaker. In addition, the constant temperature bath also has the function of external circulation, which can guide the controlled liquid to an external constant temperature cup to meet different testing requirements.
The DC0506W viscometer's specialized low-temperature constant temperature bath can be directly used in conjunction with the Bolifei viscometer. If it is a jacketed sample container (such as a small sample adapter, ultra-low viscosity adapter, etc.), the external circulation function attached to the constant temperature bath can be used to connect the sample container with a hose
